Deleting your search history

You may want to delete your search history for a number of reasons. Maybe you don’t want anyone to see what you’ve been searching for. Maybe you’re worried about privacy. Whatever the reason, it’s easy to delete your search history on your phone.

For iPhone users

If you want to delete your search history on your iPhone, there are a few different ways you can do it. One way is to go into your Settings app and tap Safari. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Clear History and Website Data. This will delete your Safari history, including your search history.

Another way to delete your search history is through the Safari app itself. To do this, open Safari and tap the bookmarks icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap History and then tap Clear at the bottom of the screen. This will clear your recent searches from Safari.

Finally, you can also use iCloud to delete your search history. If you have iCloud enabled on your device, go to Settings > iCloud > Safari. Then, toggle off bothHistory and Website Data options. This will clear your Safari history from iCloud, as well as any devices that are signed in with your iCloud account.

For Android Users

Deleting your search history from your Android phone is simple. For iPhone users

If you have an Android device, you can delete your browsing history through the Google Chrome app. To do this, open the app and tap on the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen. From there, tap “History” and then “Clear Browsing Data.” You can choose to clear all your data or just your cookies, cache, and browsing history.
