Safari automatically keeps a log of websites you visit along with a cache of webpages, images, and other files associated with those sites. This data helps make webpages load faster the next time you visit them. If you’re concerned about someone being able to see what websites you’ve been visiting, or if you just want to clean up your browsing history, you can clear this data from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

Deleting your search history in Safari is a straightforward process. Here’s how to do it on each type of device.
